1. Download to your computer Desktop or save to your My Downloads folder.
2. Fill out ONLY with NEWEST version of Adobe Reader 9.2..... You will see a submit button at the top right of form if you have correct version of adobe reader, wrong version, you will not see button. You need to send to the server via your email and correctly or it will not be counted.

Fill out ballot including your email at the top. Will not work without valid email.
Only one ballot per ISP PER VALID EMAIL ADDRESS will be allowed through server.
Click submit button at the top when you are done.
